Role Description The CNC Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. The role involves setting up and operating CNC grinding and machining equipment according to production specifications, ensuring components meet required quality and dimensional standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, loading and unloading workpieces, and monitoring machine operations to identify and correct deviations. The operator will perform routine machine maintenance, follow safety procedures,



and collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to meet production targets. Accurate documentation of work, adherence to shop-floor protocols, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, basic measurements, and machining specifications.
Experience operating CNC machines (grinders, lathes, or milling machines) and handling standard shop tools.
Knowledge of basic machine maintenance, safety practices, and quality checks for finished components.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow standardized operating procedures.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining setting is preferred; vocational training or ITI in machining or a related trade is an advantage.
