Role Description The Closer role at Brand Your Trend is a full time remote position responsible for converting qualified leads into committed clients and securing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery and follow-up calls, presenting service offerings, addressing objections, and guiding prospects confidently through the decision-making process.



The Closer will collaborate with marketing and account teams to understand campaign strategies, align proposals with client needs, and ensure smooth handoff after each successful deal closure. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing feedback on lead quality and messaging to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospects and internal teams.
Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Service skills to build trust, handle questions, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with Escrow or similar transaction processes, ensuring accurate and compliant deal completion.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related services is highly beneficial.
