? About the Role
StepUp Education Group is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Hyderabad team. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, generating business, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking and market visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, agents, and recruitment partners.
Promote StepUp Education’s overseas education services and partner programs.
Visit agents/partners regularly and develop new partnerships across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
Follow up with leads, partners and students to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly business development and student recruitment targets.
Track market trends,



competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Maintain regular reports and updates on leads, meetings and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Consultancy, or Overseas Education.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Solid networking and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
Comfortable with field visits and travelling for business meetings.
Knowledge of the overseas education/student recruitment market will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
