About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Executive to own the front end of the student journey — converting inquiries into enrolled students. You'll run discovery calls, understand each student's goals, present StudySteer's roadmap and services, and close admissions counselling packages. This is a high-impact, target-driven role for someone who's persuasive, empathetic, and genuinely excited about helping students go abroad.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound leads (website, social, referrals,



affiliates) and conduct free discovery calls with prospective students and parents
- Understand each student's academic profile, goals, and constraints to position the right StudySteer roadmap and service package
- Present pricing, answer objections, and close counselling enrollments against monthly targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up cadence in the CRM; ensure no lead goes cold
- Work closely with the counselling/academic team to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, and affiliate partners to generate referral pipeline
- Stay current on study-abroad destinations, visa trends, and admissions cycles to speak credibly with students and parents
- Report weekly on conversion metrics, pipeline health, and revenue against target
