Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Favori’s store in Mumbai. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising.



The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales by guiding the team toward excellent customer service, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for replenishment, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, training and coaching store associates, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that Favori’s brand values are consistently reflected in every customer interaction.
