Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations at SRL’s production facility in Turbhe Navi Mumbai. The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower and resource management, plant operations, quality and safety compliance, equipment performance, inventory control, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with proven leadership skills and a strong understanding of GMP, EHS, quality systems, production planning, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsiblities
Production Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve targets while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery timelines.
Plant Operations: Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop production and factory teams while promoting accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.




Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP practices, safety requirements, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
Production Planning: Coordinate production plans based on business requirements, capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules.
Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with maintenance teams, and minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
Inventory Management: Ensure effective management and availability of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Cost & Productivity: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, minimize wastage, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Quality, R&D;, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
