Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations,



and promoting KrazyTech’s Salesforce and custom development services. The representative will build and nurture a pipeline of leads, support proposal creation, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. Day-to-day activities include market research, outreach and follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales reports, and contributing to campaigns and events that drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Client relationship skills, such as consultative selling, stakeholder communication, and negotiation.
Basic understanding of Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ) and interest in SaaS and IT services.
Knowledge of digital and technology services, including web and mobile app development, e-commerce, and integration solutions.
