Role Description The Quick Commerce Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing and optimizing rapid online order processing and fulfillment. This role includes overseeing product listings and inventory on quick commerce platforms, monitoring orders, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. The specialist will analyze sales and performance data, implement strategies to increase visibility and conversion, and manage promotions and pricing across platforms.



Daily tasks involve resolving customer queries, maintaining high service standards, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and preparing regular performance reports to support continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of commerce and quick commerce business models, including online retail operations.
Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting sales data, platform metrics, and operational performance.
