Role Summary (0-4 years experience) specially in Civil and Construction.

Freshers from Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 colleges with a background in Civil Engineering or Construction are welcome to apply.

The role involves reviewing construction manager billings, payment applications, change orders, and supporting documentation to assess compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
Review and analyse payment applications, running bills, change orders, and cost documentation for compliance with contract terms.
Validate contractor billing, progress payments, quantities, rates, and supporting documentation against contract requirements and project records.
Reconcile labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, General Conditions, Job Cost Reports, budgets, and payment certificates to identify billing variances and commercial risks.
Perform analytical reviews to identify overbillings, duplicate charges, non-compliant costs, cost misclassifications, and other financial or contractual risks.




Support interim and closeout audit engagements from data collection through final reporting.
Prepare organized audit workpapers and draft formal audit observations and findings in a transparent and professional format.
Build and maintain Excel-based workpapers and PowerPoint audit report decks.
Apply knowledge of EPC, Item Rate, Lump Sum, and O&M;/Facility Management contracts while performing cost verification and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with team members, reviewers, project managers, and stakeholders to finalize audit findings and project deliverables.
Utilize AI productivity tools to improve documentation quality, analysis efficiency, and reporting accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
What counts most is a solid grasp of how RA (Running Account) bills work, the billing cycle, the backup that should accompany each bill, and how it all ties back to the contract.
