Your Impact: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Media Ad Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple retailer networks powered by Osmos. You will work closely with Client Success, Ad Sales, Retailers, and Product teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong performance and business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Execute and manage retail media campaigns across formats including Sponsored Products (PLA), Display, Search, Offsite, and Audience campaigns.
Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup, QA, launch, and delivery based on advertiser and retailer requirements.
Monitor campaign performance,
optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to maximize key performance metrics.
Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommend strategies that improve advertiser performance and retailer revenue.
Prepare campaign reports and dashboards while proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and continuously improve campaign execution.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
2–5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or Retail Media.
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Good understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
