About the Role

FundClub is looking for an Article Trainee to join its Investment Banking team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to live transactions, with a primary focus on Debt Syndication and Project Finance, along with exposure to Audits, Taxation & Equity Fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Debt Syndication and Project Finance mandates, including lender identification, transaction structuring and financial closure.
Prepare financial models, project cash flows, DSCR, IRR and sensitivity analysis.
Assist in preparing DPRs, Information Memorandums, lender teasers and financing proposals.
Coordinate with promoters, banks, DFIs, NBFCs and other stakeholders during transaction execution.




Support select Equity Fundraising, valuation and M&A; assignments.
Gain exposure to Income Tax, Statutory Audit and financial statement analysis, providing a holistic CA articleship experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Robust interest in Investment Banking, Debt Syndication and Project Finance.
• Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
• Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
