Role Description The EHS Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across the facility and operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panoli Ankleswar,



requiring daily presence to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks. The EHS Officer will develop and update safety procedures, ensure adherence to applicable regulations, and maintain documentation related to incidents, audits, and training. Day-to-day activities include conducting toolbox talks, organizing safety training sessions, investigating near-misses and incidents, coordinating emergency response plans, and advising management on corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves collaborating with operational teams to improve workplace safety culture and supporting continuous improvement in environmental and occupational health practices.
Qualifications and Skills
B.E in Chemical/ Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety.
0-2 years of Experience in API manufacturing.
