We care less about how many frameworks you've memorized and more about whether you can think. We want people who understand how data moves through a system, can reason about why an architecture is built a certain way, debug methodically, and are hungry to go deep on distributed systems, queues, and event-driven design.
You'll own features end-to-end across production web and mobile applications used daily by our sales teams, operations, and customers — frontend to backend to database to the event pipelines connecting them.

What you'll do
Own full-stack features end to end — UI, APIs, data model, deployment
Design REST APIs and integrate them across multiple services
Work with event-driven and async architectures — webhooks, message queues, background jobs
Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
Integrate and debug third-party APIs and webhooks — payments, telephony, messaging
Root-cause complex production issues across the stack




Take part in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployments

Junior Developer — 0 to 2 years (2 openings)
What we actually need from you:
Strong logical reasoning — you can break a problem down and explain your thinking
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, and React
Backend experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS)
Working understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Comfortable with Git
Projects, internships, or open-source work we can actually look at
You don't need Kafka, Redis, or microservices experience. You need to be someone who'll learn them rapid — we'll teach you here.

Senior Developer — 3+ years (2 openings)
Everything above, at production depth
Strong REST API design and authentication (JWT/OAuth)
Hands-on with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL
