We are seeking a energetic and growth-oriented Brand Manager (E-commerce & D2C) to lead our brand's online business across D2C websites and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce operations, brand management, creative strategy, customer acquisition, and online sales growth.
The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, digital marketing expertise, creative understanding, and stakeholder management to drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities-
Brand & Business Management
Develop and execute brand growth strategies across D2C and e-commerce channels.
Drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability targets.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all online touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,
and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
E-commerce & D2C Management
Manage and optimize the brand's D2C website, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion optimization.
Oversee marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
Creative & Content Management
Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns.
Review website creatives, banners, landing pages, product listings, and marketing assets.
Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Work closely with performance marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and ROAS.
