Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance & Contract Management Specialist to support contract administration (Master Service Agreements, SoW, CN’s), compliance monitoring, vendor onboarding, and governance activities across the organization.The role will be responsible for managing contract documentation, tracking contractual obligations, ensuring adherence to company policies, coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams, and maintaining compliance records. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a keen eye for detail. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Contractual terms and conditions.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract ManagementReview, track, and maintain customer,



supplier, partner, and subcontractor agreements.
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting support, reviews, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and closures.
Maintain contract repositories and ensure proper version control of agreements and supporting documents.
Track contract milestones, renewal dates, expirations, and notice periods.
Coordinate with Legal and business stakeholders during contract negotiations and approvals.
Ensure executed contracts are accurately documented and archived.
Should have robust knowledge on Contractual terms and conditions.

Compliance ManagementMonitor compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support vendor onboarding and due diligence processes.
Collect, validate, and maintain compliance documentation, certifications, licenses, and regulatory records.
