The Data & Insights Team ensures operational visibility, reporting reliability, and performance governance that power the company’s strategic decisions.

Company Overview:
We are looking for a Senior QA with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end testing and a deep understanding of product quality. This role requires someone who takes ownership of quality, collaborates effectively within cross-functional product teams, and actively contributes, not just assigns work. You should be comfortable working in quick-paced environments and be capable of identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end manual testing across multiple features and releases.
- Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression,



integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Agile & Sprint Ownership
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Create, plan, and manage testing sprints, ensuring clear prioritization and timely execution of QA activities.
- Align testing timelines with development sprints to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
- Track sprint-level QA progress, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery of testing milestones.

AI & Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into testing workflows (e.g., test case generation, bug analysis, defect prediction).
- Bring prior experience of implementing or using AI in testing or QA p
