About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive who will travel across India to promote our products, build relationships with manufacturers, and generate business leads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, have strong communication skills, and be target-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Travel extensively across assigned states/regions in India to meet manufacturers and discuss business/product requirements.
Promote and sell EVA Encapsulants and Backsheets to solar module manufacturers and industry clients.
Present, promote, and explain company products/services to existing and potential customers.
Generate new leads through field visits,



cold calling, networking, and market surveys.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales/orders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and manufacturers to ensure repeat business and trust.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support coordination.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing, payment collection, and delivery follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech in Polymer Science/Technology (M.Tech in Polymer Science/Technology preferred/advantageous).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel
