About the role:
The Key Account Manager | Quick Commerce & E- Commerce is responsible for the
day-to-day management of Subko's marketplace and quick commerce accounts. The
role focuses on driving operational excellence across platforms by ensuring listing
accuracy, catalogue health, pricing consistency, inventory availability, promotional
execution, and platform performance.

Working closely with the Quick Commerce & Ecommerce Manager, this role acts as the
bridge between platform partners and internal teams including Supply Chain,
Operations, Marketing,



Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless
execution and sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace & Platform Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms including Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.
Ensure all product listings remain accurate, updated, and compliant with platform guidelines.
Monitor catalogue health, pricing accuracy, availability, and listing performance across all assigned platforms.
Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve listing issues, catalogue errors, and operational escalations.

2. Catalogue & Content Management
Ensure complete and accurate product information including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and promotional content.
Coordinate with Marketing and Brand teams for timely updates of creativ
