Requisitioned Position Title: Sr. Executive – Social Media
Position Reports to: Social Media Manager
Hiring Location: New Delhi
Total Experience (Years): 3- 4 Years

Portfolio & Deliverables:

Support client’s digital initiatives, from participation in conceptualizing integrated client campaigns to successful execution. Prior experience of working on large-scale digital campaigns is a must.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the latest digital trends and opportunities and be an active participant in the online and social media space. Proactively participate and contribute towards ideation for campaigns and contests.
Understand and drive the integration of digital into PR and marketing campaigns.
Ability to work on short briefs for business development purposes and create strong PowerPoint presentations.
Create institutional knowledge around digital and manage and update relevant policies and guidelines.
Demonstrate strong professional relationships with bloggers and other online influencers, with the ability to create effective influencer relations campaigns.



Validate and promptly update blogger/online media lists.
Able to write and conceptualize content for social media platforms.
Should be able to create witty, error-free, original content (text and design) and engaging responses for social communities. Should also be able to create brand-relevant responses to fan queries and complaints.
Be confident and comfortable in client-facing interactions and stakeholder communication.
Have a strong understanding of the social media landscape, platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.
Strong Hindi language skills are essential. The candidate should be comfortable speaking Hindi and be able to write basic Hindi copies, as the Chairman prefers communicating in Hindi.
Prior experience in leadership communications will be an added advantage.
