Brief and Role:

o2h group is looking for a agile Event Executive to coordinate and plan its events and conference function based out of Ahmedabad, India. The Event Executive will be responsible for developing and executing o2h's event and conference strategy across India, the UK, and other relevant markets. The role will have end-to-end ownership of flagship events, conferences, community-building initiatives, and strategic participation in external industry events. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and strong operator who can translate business objectives into impactful events, manage senior stakeholders, and create meaningful opportunities for brand building, relationship development, ecosystem engagement, and business growth. The role will work closely with founders, senior leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure that every event or conference participation has a clear objective, strong execution, and measurable outcome.
