Role Description -
The Studio Head role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the design studio and overseeing end-to-end project delivery.
This role involves directing architectural and interior design concepts, supervising detailed drawings, and ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines,



and quality benchmarks.
The Studio Head will coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients to align design intent with execution, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Daily responsibilities include managing studio resources, mentoring team members, reviewing proposals and presentations, and supporting business development initiatives by contributing to pitches and marketing collateral.
The role also requires regular stakeholder communication, risk assessment for ongoing projects, and continuous improvement of studio processes and workflows.
