Role Description The B2B Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving technical sales engagements with SMB clients. This role involves understanding customer requirements, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and designing solutions that align Kredily’s HR and payroll platform with client needs.



The Senior Sales Engineer collaborates closely with sales, product, and support teams to manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, respond to complex queries, and ensure smooth onboarding. Day-to-day activities include preparing technical proposals, supporting RFP responses, providing post-sales technical guidance, and gathering product feedback from customers to inform future enhancements. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, training customer stakeholders on product features, and serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Engineering and technical pre-sales, including solution design and product demonstrations for B2B clients.
Experience providing Technical Support and troubleshooting, with the ability to translate technical concepts into explicit, practical guidance.
Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation,
