Role Description The Unit Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at Onco-Life Cancer Centre in Satara. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations within the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Unit Head will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage staffing and scheduling, and facilitate communication between medical, nursing, and administrative personnel.



The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing patient experiences, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Unit Head will also contribute to strategic planning for the unit, support training and development of team members, and uphold the organization’s values of empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising clinical or hospital units.
Proven ability in operational oversight, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and quality improvement.
Sound understanding of oncology or hospital-based care, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
