Job Responsibilities :

Manage end to end multi-function projects of strategic importance
Lead and motivate the team, maximizing their individual contribution, their skilled growth and their ability to function effectively
Effectively mentor, train and supervise team members
Associates with special projects may have wider organizational impact
Ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspective to the issue under consideration
Ability to do detailed analysis of information / MIS reports to draw insights for Chairman / Executive Committee

Education Requirement :

MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable)
Graduated from a reputed university / college,



preferably from Engineering Background

Experience Requirement :

12 to 15 years of work experience
