Marsh is seeking leader to join our Operations team as the Director of Insurance Operations. This pivotal role will be based in Mumbai and requires a commitment to in-office collaboration at least three days a week. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and demonstrate a proven ability to drive operational excellence through creative strategies, effective stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership in change management.

Candidate should be ok to work up till 11:30pm (or later basis the business need)

Collaborating with key stakeholders across business units to identify development needs and creating tailored training programs that empower teams and enhance performance. Fostering strong relationships with global leadership to build trust and facilitate seamless communication.
Overseeing the implementation of processes that optimize information exchange among internal teams, clients, and strategic partners. Acting as a point of escalation for complex inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
