Role Overview
We are looking for a creative yet analytical Content & Strategy Lead who can drive brand communication across digital and offline touchpoints. This role requires someone who can think beyond content calendars and create robust narratives that build brand love, engagement, and business impact.
You will work closely with founders, marketing, design, social media, and growth teams to shape the voice, storytelling, campaigns,



and overall content direction of the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Brand Storytelling
Build and own the overall content strategy across social media, campaigns, website, retail, and community initiatives.
Develop sharp brand narratives aligned with business and marketing goals.
Create culturally relevant and trend-forward storytelling ideas.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual storytelling, and messaging across all platforms.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Build content buckets, launch plans, and campaign narratives for product drops, collaborations, and seasonal moments.
Work closely with creative and performance teams to create high-performing content.
Social & Digital Growth
Identify emerging trends, formats, creators, and audience behavior.
