About the Role:
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale Driffle's affiliate and partnership program globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent affiliates, managing existing partners, optimizing performance, negotiating commercial terms, and driving incremental revenue through affiliate channels. This role requires strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and experience working with affiliate networks, influencers, cashback platforms, coupon websites, and gaming publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Growth




Spearheaded global affiliate acquisition and publisher relationship management across Europe, North America, LATAM, MENA, and APAC, driving growth across gaming, software, deal, cashback, coupon, review, and content verticals.

Partner Management
Managed daily affiliate communications and negotiated competitive commercial terms, commission structures, and exclusive promotions, while ensuring partners were fully equipped with optimized creatives, banners, coupon codes, and product feeds.

Performance Optimization
Monitored affiliate performance and identified growth opportunities by analyzing core KPIs—including revenue, orders, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, EPC, AOV, and incremental revenue—while reactivating dormant partners through targeted engagement plans.

Campaign Management & Reporting
Planned seasonal campaigns and coordinated launches with internal marketing and design teams, while delivering weekly and monthly performance reports, forecastin
