Role Description The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process for government and institutional healthcare contracts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jammu and involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The Tender Executive will maintain tender databases, track contract performance,



follow up on approvals and payments, and ensure compliance with government norms and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities also include liaising with stakeholders, analyzing tender terms, preparing cost comparisons, and supporting negotiations to secure and retain contracts.

Qualifications
Solid skills in tender management, bid preparation, and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tender portals or e-procurement platforms.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities for evaluating tender terms, pricing, and contract conditions.
