Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves coordinating between field teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation and functioning of the KiarX system at mining sites.
The Operations Captain will monitor operational activities, analyze mining data, coordinate with field executives, support client communication, and ensure effective adoption of KiarX solutions at the ground level.
The role may also involve travel to mining project sites as required.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the management and troubleshooting of KiarX hardware and systems through internal teams and field executives.
Coordinate with mining sites and field teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Conduct site visits when required for operational monitoring, coordination, and client interaction.
Collect feedback from site teams, drivers, operators, and client representatives.
Monitor mining operations remotely using KiarX digital dashboards and tools.
Track system performance and coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning.
Review and analyze trip data, diesel consumption reports, driver performance, and other operational metrics.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly operational reports.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely r
