Job Description:
- Installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and automation systems.
- Handle mechanical, electrical, automation and application-related technical issues.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
- Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance and machine testing.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams.
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field.
