Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients across sectors, present Aspirence’s digital transformation, branding, and technology solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, scheduling and attending client meetings,



preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline and CRM tools. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with service offerings, provide regular updates on sales performance, and build long-term relationships that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles in B2B or technology services environments.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital solutions in clear, practical terms.
Experience in building client relationships, handling objections, and closing deals while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach.
