About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing – Performance & Growth to own digital marketing, paid acquisition and growth across our brands.

The role will focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition, performance marketing, analytics, CRO and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and other paid channels.
Develop full-funnel strategies for customer and lead acquisition.
Drive revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPL and conversion-rate improvements.
Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise ROI.




Lead CRO, landing-page and website performance.
Own analytics, attribution and reporting using GA4, GTM and dashboards.
Drive creative testing, campaign experimentation and optimisation.
Build marketing systems, SOPs and automation workflows.
Lead internal teams, freelancers and external agencies.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Technology and Leadership teams.
Develop digital strategies for D2C, EdTech and future brands.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience in Digital, Performance or Growth Marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Proven experience scaling paid acquisition and managing marketing budgets.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion and funnel metrics.
Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of CRO, SEO, Email/Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Automation.
Experience with Shopify, WordPress or similar CMS.
