Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building strong, trust-based relationships and understanding their financial needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business, promoting SMFG India Credit’s loan products and services, guiding customers through application and documentation processes, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of queries. The role involves regular field visits, coordination with internal teams for loan processing and approvals, monitoring customer accounts for repayment and risk, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. The Relationship Manager will also support customer retention initiatives, contribute to branch targets, and uphold compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
Proficiency in sales, business development, and cross-selling financial products, preferably in retail lending or NBFC/banking
