Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our Growth and Business Development team in driving student engagement, institutional partnerships, and campus-focused initiatives.
The intern will play an important role in supporting business development activities across partner institutions by coordinating with students, college representatives, and internal teams. The role involves assisting with student onboarding and engagement, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking campaign progress, coordinating institutional activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of assessments, inductions, orientations, and other assigned initiatives.
This role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in business development, institutional engagement, customer relationship management, sales operations, and education-focused growth initiatives,



while working closely with the Business Development and internal teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Support the Business Development team in executing student engagement and institutional outreach initiatives across partner colleges and institutions.
· Coordinate with students, college representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
· Assist in student onboarding, registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.
· Maintain and regularly update student, institution, and lead information in CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets.
· Track the progress of ongoing business development campaigns, institutional activities, and student engagement initiatives.
· Follow up with students and institutional stakeholders regarding registrations, participation, assessments, orientations, inductions, and other scheduled activities.
