We're looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Executive with 3+ years of experience in Freeze Drying & Dehydrated Food Products to join our innovation team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and commercialize new food products.
Conduct product trials and support scale-up.
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and technical documentation.
Handle raw material evaluation, inventory, and traceability.
Work closely with QA/QC to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
Monitor production processes and drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements
3+ years of relevant NPD/R&D; experience.
Experience in freeze drying and dehydration technologies.
Knowledge of QA/QC, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI.
Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
