We are seeking a highly creative and driven Creative Team Lead to inspire and manage a team of talented designers, copywriters, and other creatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative development and execution of high-impact campaigns for our prestigious clients. This role demands a strong understanding of brand strategy, visual communication, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions.
Responsibilities :
Design Direction: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and overall strategic objectives and work closely with Art Director / Brand-guardian team.
Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
