We are expanding our team and are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager – E-commerce & D2C Operations who can oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and manage inventory efficiently across our e-commerce and D2C operations.

About the Role
This is NOT a "sit in the office and monitor reports" operations role.
You will own the complete warehouse operations function and work closely with production team, and customer operations team. From inventory accuracy and dispatch management to production coordination and team leadership,
you will ensure that every order reaches customers on time and every process runs efficiently.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership, and treats warehouse operations like the backbone of the business. You should be comfortable managing people, solving operational bottlenecks, and continuously improving processes.
What You'll Do
● Lead and manage a warehouse team of approximately 30 associates and supervisors.
● Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
● Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, reconciliations, and system updates.
● Manage order fulfillment operations across D2C website and marketplace channels.
● Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely movement of finished goods and raw materials.
