Reporting to: Senior Manager CPCOE

PURPOSE OF ROLE Ab-inbev is seeking a Microsoft 365 SME to lead the design, governance, and delivery of modern workplace solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep technical expertise who can translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will drive enterprise-scale transformations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will partner with executives, IT leadership, and delivery teams to define strategy, guide implementation,



and enable sustainable adoption of the Microsoft 365 platform.
The Office 365 SME plans and drives adoption of Microsoft Office 365 and Up-to-date Workplace technologies.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 (O365) solutions, including delivering proof of concepts
Design, Plan and Execute Office 365 migrations including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Skype/MS Teams
Design and plan for Identity Management (ADFS, Azure, Other) and Directory Sync supporting O365 workloads.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize O365 functionality and user experience
Stay current on Office 365 features and capabilities including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security
Lead technical discussions with clients that drive decisions and implementation
Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
High standard of organization
