ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Research Psychologist to join our academic team as a PhD Guide & Research Supervisor. The selected candidate will play a key role in mentoring doctoral scholars, guiding research work, supporting coursework, and ensuring high academic and research standards throughout the PhD journey of Psychology scholars.
This position is ideal for a passionate academic who enjoys research supervision, scholarly writing, and mentoring future researchers in psychology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and mentor PhD scholars throughout their research journey.
• Guide scholars in selecting and refining research topics and research methodology.
• Review and provide feedback on research proposals, synopsis, literature reviews, and thesis drafts.
• Ensure research quality, academic integrity, and compliance with ethical research standards.
• Assist in planning and delivering PhD coursework, research methodology sessions, and academic workshops.
• Support scholars in data analysis,



interpretation of results, and scientific writing.
• Provide guidance on journal publications, conference papers, and research presentations.
• Monitor scholar progress and maintain appropriate academic documentation.
• Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of doctoral programs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• PhD in Psychology from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of academic, research, or research supervision experience after completion of the PhD.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding postgraduate or doctoral research.
• Robust understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Excellent academic writing, reviewing, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with research tools, statistical analysis, and publication processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
