Role Description This is a full-time, in office Event Production & Operations role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end event production, including planning timelines, coordinating logistics, overseeing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring all technical and operational elements are in place before and during events.



The person in this position will work closely with internal teams to translate concepts and client briefs into detailed production plans, supervise on-ground setup and breakdown, and troubleshoot issues to keep events running smoothly. Day-to-day responsibilities include budget tracking, resource allocation, documentation, and post-event evaluations to improve future projects. The role requires consistent on-site presence at event locations, flexible working hours around event schedules, and close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and the LIVXS team.
Qualifications
Experience in event production and operations, including on-ground coordination, vendor management, and logistics planning for corporate, experiential, or large-scale events.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to create timelines, manage budgets, allocate resources, and handle multiple events or workstreams simultaneously.
