Role Description The Sales Executive role at Balar Builders is a full-time, on-site position based in Vapi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property presentations, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process for residential, commercial, and township projects. Daily activities include meeting clients, understanding their needs, explaining project features and pricing, coordinating site visits, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and project teams to ensure accurate information, maintaining client records, preparing sales reports, and supporting post-sales documentation and handover. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the brand professionally, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and relationship building.




Knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and basic legal/compliance concepts in property transactions.
Ability to understand project specifications, construction terminology, and convey technical details in simple terms.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
Effective time management, organization, and follow-up skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or property sales in the Vapi/Surat region is highly beneficial.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site, conducting field visits, and engaging with clients and stakeholders regularly.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business goal
