Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive role based in Rohini. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and recommending suitable holiday packages, flights, hotels, and related services. The Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including reservations, bookings,



and itinerary planning for domestic and international trips. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on travel options, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into sales. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers for confirmations, handling changes or cancellations, and resolving customer issues in a professional and service-oriented manner. This position requires maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and documentation, as well as meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and a positive client experience.
