? Role: Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC/ARM) Lead Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to lead end-to-end Oracle Reconciliation implementations and client engagements.
? Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation projects.
Gather business requirements and design/build cloud-based reconciliation solutions.
Act as the functional and technical SME and primary client point of contact.
Lead technical teams and mentor junior consultants.
Provide ongoing technical support and monitor solution performance.
Recommend optimization and improvement strategies for client solutions.
Manage mid-to-large client engagements and ensure successful project delivery.




Demonstrate solid project management, thought leadership and executive-level communication.
? Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of consulting or relevant experience.
Proven experience leading 5–6 full-lifecycle Oracle Reconciliation (ARC/ARM) implementations/projects.
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC).
Strong hands-on experience with:
Account Reconciliation
Data Management
Transaction Matching
Reconciliation Models
Strong functional + technical consulting capabilities.
Excellent project management and client-facing skills.
Strong thought leadership and business development capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
MBA/Master's degree is preferred.
