Job Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to discuss projects and goals
Putting together specifications
Creating plans, designs and drawings of built and natural environments using AutoCAD
Collaborating with engineers, architects related to the project.
Analysing the land and its drainage and runoff
Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues
Advising on matters to do with environmental conservation
Carrying out environmental impact assessments
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Landscaping Architect or similar role
· Good creative flair and imagination. The ability to respond well to feedback
· Robust Knowledge in plant species.
· Strong understanding of written and verbal specifications
· Relevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect
· Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp and 3ds Max.
· Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
· Possess Strong Capabilities in Handling large scale residential.
· Very Well versed with all required statutory norms.
· Good Team Management capabilities.
