Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing key clients and dealers, expanding the distribution network, and leading business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, business development, channel management, and team handling, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle industry.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development




Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and field activities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
Identify new territories, dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales plans and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Dealer & Channel Development
Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Build strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners.
Expand the company's dealer network across assigned territories.
Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving sales targets.
