We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is proactive, organised, curious, and excited to work in a rapid-paced event environment. This role will provide hands-on exposure to sales, partnerships, marketing, community building, and event execution.
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Event teams to support Ekatva Festival's brand partnerships, community growth, and overall event promotion.
You will be involved in building databases, supporting sponsor and client deliverables, identifying potential partners and communities, and helping grow Ekatva's reach across relevant audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Database Building & Sales Support




Research and build databases of potential brands, exhibitors, sponsors, communities, colleges, creators, and relevant organisations.
Identify and research prospective partners across categories such as F&B;, fashion, wellness, sustainability, lifestyle, design, and conscious living.
Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.
Support the sales team with lead research, outreach, follow-ups, and tracking.
Assist in preparing basic sales decks, proposals, and partnership documents.
Keep track of outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions.
2. Client & Sponsor Deliverables
Support the team in tracking sponsor and partner deliverables before and during the festival.
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and operations to ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time.
