About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage sales and business development activities across the Southern Region for assigned product lines.
The role will focus on achieving revenue, Design-In/Design-Win and strategic business objectives by developing new opportunities, managing key accounts,



and promoting electronic components and semiconductor solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities across the Southern Region and achieve assigned targets.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities and strategic accounts.
Drive Design-In and Design-Win opportunities with customers.
Promote electronic components and semiconductor solutions through consultative selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and internal teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and market reports.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Develop sales strategies to improve revenue, margins, and market presence.
Plan customer visits and travel within the assigned region.
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics
