Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Brand Manager at VOLUME. The person will support the planning and execution of brand and communication projects across digital, print, and integrated platforms, working closely with strategy, creative, and client-servicing teams to ensure consistent and effective brand delivery.

Responsibilities
Support the brand and account teams in understanding client briefs and translating them into clear action plans.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (strategy, creative, production, and digital) to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in developing brand presentations, decks, and concept documents for client reviews.
Conduct market, category, and competitor research to support brand strategy and communication planning.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and clients.




Help in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and communication.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for brand positioning and campaigns.
Support in preparing reports, campaign reviews, and performance summaries.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications
Previous experience in brand management, account management, or marketing is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
Understanding branding, marketing, and integrated communication basics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Collaborative attitude with a keen eye for detail.
