Objective
Manage the oversight of UK STDF Actuals and Stress Testing outputs - ensuring end-to-end process integrity, clear ownership, and smooth handover to Group.
Own risk and control management - own design and uplift of controls (incl. EUCs, calculators and models), prepare Risk and Control Assessments (RCA), maintain inventory of regulatory reports (RRIS), and drive issue remediation/closure in Helios (non-financial risk management system).
Run UK governance and stakeholder management including representing HBUK at Integrity in Regulatory Reporting Stress Testing Steerco, provide updates, raise queries, and e
