Job Description:
Production Planning & Coordination
Coordinate production requirements for photoshoots, video shoots, campaigns, and creative projects.
Prepare production schedules, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate with creative, account management, design, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure all production activities are planned and completed within the agreed timelines.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Shoot & On-ground Coordination
Coordinate pre-production requirements including locations, props, equipment, models, products, costumes, and other resources.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, makeup artists, stylists, models, vendors, and other external partners.
Ensure all required materials and resources are available before the shoot.
Manage on-ground coordination during shoots and ensure smooth execution.
Handle last-minute production requirements and resolve operational issues during shoots.
Vendor & Resource Management




Coordinate with production vendors and external partners.
Collect quotations and coordinate bookings based on project requirements and budgets.
Maintain vendor details, contacts, quotations, and production records.
Coordinate transportation, equipment, props, and other logistics required for production.
Ensure vendors deliver the required services within agreed timelines and standards.
Budget & Documentation
Track production expenses and ensure they remain within the approved budget.
Maintain production-related bills, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the finance/admin team for payments and settlements.
Maintain proper documentation for completed productions.
Post-Production Coordination
Coordinate the handover of raw files and production assets to the respective internal teams.
Follow up with editors, designers, and other teams on post-production requirements.
